Instructions:
Right
click on picture and click 'Save Picture As
Save
the picture somewhere
In
Control Panel click 'Display' then the 'Background' tab
Click
'Browse' and then select the wallpaper picture
In
the Display menu click 'Stretch' and then click 'Ok'
